Possible Money Maker at CVS Today ONLY

CVS has a sale on Nature Made products: BOGO & they are part of the Spend $30 get a $10 CVS card deal.

Online price (may vary by store): $5.99

If you print off the $5 off any Nature Made product 160ct+ coupon I posted yesterday here then add a $1 off any Nature Made product for the second product (per CVS' new BOGO coupon policy), you should be getting these for about free. (Math: Coupons; 5+1=6 / Price; 5.99 / You will still have to pay tax on everything though!)

Here's what coupons I've got so far:
*I have two computers. You can only print two of these at one time. You can print more than me if you have more computers!

CVS ad for BOGO on Nature Made products plus the Spend $30, Get $10 special.
  • Buy four Nature Made Folic Acid 400mg 250ct, using $5 off coupons.
  • Get four additional, cheaper than $5.99 Nature Made products for the freebie, using the $1 off coupons.
$5.99 x 4 = $23.96.

That means I only have to find an additional $6.04 in participating Spend $30, Get $10 and I'll have an extra $10 CVS card!

Obviously, it'd be a moneymaker for people that actually have the ability to print more than two sets of coupons. Alas, I am not one of those lucky individuals. Still, it's a pretty good deal!

This ends TODAY! The last day of the sale is the 18th, today! The coupons probably won't last long either, so hurry in and get this great deal while you still can!

Do You Let Your Kids Dress Themselves?

We have a one, a two, and a three year old. The oldest, Kalli, has always been rather independent. She doesn't like to wear clothes that often and when she does, she likes skinny jeans and things that are either too big or too small for her.

I don't have a problem with her dressing herself as long as it's appropriate to go out in public and for the weather. Sure, she doesn't match half the time but she likes the way she looks and likes dressing up to make herself pretty.

I know a lot of people don't let their kids do that. Certainly, play time and dressing up like princesses is one thing and going out to the store is another, but does it really matter a whole lot if a three-year-old wants to wear a pajama top with corduroy pants? (What she's currently wearing, btw.)

I've never been one to dress up. I recall being yelled at and ridiculed by my mother for not wanting to change an older t-shirt I had on one day because there was a little dirt on it from working on the yard. I was to go to town with her to get something, not anywhere fancy, and then I was going to continue playing and working in the garden. It was hot and I didn't want to have to get redressed as soon as I got home. She shouted and made her point loud and clear: Everyone was going to think bad things of her because I had a spot of dirt on my shirt. It sounds ridiculous, but it's true. I just don't want to do that to my own kids.

Do you have any issues with what your toddlers wear when they dress themselves?

Free Bath & Body Works Signature Collection Travel Size Item: Expires Monday!

Printed this off before going to bed and had my husband drop by the mall on our way home from the doctor's. He got the cherry blossom lotion for me and it smells lovely! It was exactly $5 so the coupon paid for the entire amount as they didn't charge tax. The lady was even nice enough to drop some extra coupons in the bag!

Pampers Diapers Deal

Babies 'R' Us is having a sale until the 20th. Buy two value boxes (88ct+) of Pampers diapers and a value box of Pampers wipes (640ct+), get a $25 gift card back.

I currently have one $10 gift card for them and will be redeeming a coupon for another tomorrow. So I'll have $20 worth of gift cards.

The boxes of Pampers diapers we usually get are a little less than $40. The wipe pack is less than $20. That's $100 altogether.

Now, $100 in Pampers products minus $20 in gift cards minus the $25 gift card after purchase equals $55. I'm totally okay with that. :D

As a bonus, it takes quite a while for the kids to go through those value packs, so we shouldn't have to buy anymore diapers for a month. We usually spend at least $20 a week or more in diapers alone, so spending $55 for the month sounds lovely.

(I'm also going to have a look at my coupons... See if there's any way I can use some of those with this offer. I know they usually don't allow it, but it's totally worth a shot!)
